EEO Public File

According to the Minnesota State Patrol, it has been a deadly 24 hours on Minnesota roads. A man was killed yesterday (Tuesday) in Woodbury after he appeared to have walked in front of a semi on Interstate 494 just south of Interstate 94. Another female pedestrian died around 2 yesterday morning in Hector when she was struck by a semi. Just before 8:15 yesterday morning, a woman was severely injured and her 18-month-old child killed in a single-vehicle rollover in the Virginia area in White Township. Also, in Forest Lake, a car rear-ended a school bus. Approximately 50-60 kids were on the bus but none were injured. The driver of the car was hurt. These incidents are still under investigation, according to the state patrol, but they ask that you help keep our roads safe by slowing down, paying attention, buckling up and driving sober.
