Describe activities undertaken to fulfill that initiative: Cosponsored Job Fair held at Willmar Conference Center on 2/22/07. Fourty Two Businesses were represented.

Specify Second Initiative: Job Fair
Describe activities undertaken to fulfill that initiative: Participated in Job Fair held in Hutchinson on April 19th 2007. Fourteen area businesses were represented.

Specify Third Initiative: EEO Seminar
Describe activities undertaken to fulfill that initiative: V.P. of Ingstad Broadcasting group, presented EEO guidelines and changes as received through Legal Council at MBA. This is the newest update currently on file for EEO.
